Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Thank you for shopping at Forever Free Merch. Many of our items are custom-made or personalized, so our policy is structured to protect both you and our production process.

Non-Custom Items

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Customer covers return shipping unless the error was ours.
  • Refund issued after inspection.

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom, engraved, or personalized items are final sale unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The engraving does not match the approved design
  • We made an error in production

Customer mistakes (incorrect spelling, dates, names) cannot be refunded.

Customer-Provided Items

Items you bring or mail in for engraving are handled under a signed waiver. Forever Free Merch is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage
  • Material defects
  • Unknown reactions to laser engraving
  • Coating inconsistencies

Exchanges

Size exchanges available for non-custom apparel within 14 days. Customer covers return shipping unless the error was ours.

Refund Amount

Refund covers the product price + tax. Original shipping is not refundable.
