Our apparel items are made-to-order and typically ship within 3–5 business days. For non-apparel items, shipping time may vary based on size and weight.

Q: Can I personalize or customize items?
Yes! For non-apparel items, add the “Custom Laser Engraving Add-on” ($10) at checkout, then fill out the form. We will provide a mock-up before production.

Personalizations include:

• Drinkware: The logo will be on one side and your custom text (name/date) on the other side.

• Office supplies: Most personalization is placed on the bottom right or bottom center unless otherwise specified.
