Want to Send In Your Own Item?
We’re happy to engrave customers’ personal tumblers, knives, Bibles, leather goods, metal items, tools, and more. Here’s how the send-in process works from start to finish:
1. Complete the Engraving Waiver
Because customer-provided items can react differently to engraving, the waiver must be completed before we accept any item.
The waiver confirms that engraving is permanent and that Forever Free Merch cannot replace or reimburse items you supply.

2. We Email You the Shipping Instructions
Once the waiver is submitted, you will receive an email with:
• The correct address to ship your item
• Packing instructions
• Any additional details needed before engraving
Customers are responsible for shipping their items to us safely and securely.
3. Send Us Your Artwork or Design
You can upload your artwork in the waiver form or email it to:
support@foreverfreemerch.com
Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, or even a clear photo of a sketch.
4. Mockup Approval Before Engraving
We will create a digital mockup showing your design on your item.
Nothing is engraved until you approve the design.
Once approved, engraving begins and the design cannot be changed.
5. Engraving & Return Shipping
Engraving is typically completed within 2–5 business days after mockup approval.
Once finished:
• Your item is securely packaged
• A tracking number is sent to your email
• Your item is shipped back to you promptly
Return shipping rates depend on weight, distance, and insurance (if selected).
